  We were really amazed a funeral home could look so beautiful. It sits on a bluff and has an amazing view. We had a reception on the patio after the service. The staff, especially Lauren and Chuck were so helpful. I strongly recommend them as they are also owned by a lifelong Denver resident, so we knew we would be taken care of. It made a difference for us that they took care of the details with the church and everything.

  It's hard to find words that express how much I appreciate the people of Horan & McConaty in Centennial. Losing someone you love is a devastating experience, and they were compassionate, knowledgeable, and professional in every way. From the moment I contacted them, they took care of absolutely everything. No task was too large, no detail too small for them to handle.
  
  Their prices were not the lowest available, but they were definitely not the highest, either. The value and quality of their service far exceeded the cost.
  
  Our funeral director, Chuck Bowman, was simply extraordinary. His help in planning the services (I lost my dad and my stepmom three weeks apart) was superb, bringing a truly personal touch to each element. He suggested, and made all the arrangements for, a flag ceremony for my dad, who was an Air Force veteran. He helped us design the audio and video portions of the service, and managed all of the technology during the event itself. He has continued to call me every week, just to see how I'm doing. That is far above and beyond the call of duty.
  
  Many of the guests commented on the beautiful facility, the wonderful staff, the delicious food, and the uniquely inspiring service. I am deeply grateful to everyone at Horan & McConaty for their kindness, their commitment, and their compassion.

  It goes without saying that losing a loved one is an extremely painful source of grief. That it was our young child was just beyond understanding. I just simply don't have enough words to express our sincere gratitude and love for our funeral director Abby and her remarkable staff and how we were treated with care. From start to finish, Abby helped us with every step to ensure the process went smoothly. Her gentle demeanor and thorough explanation as she held our hand throughout the entire process was so appreciated. It was such a wonderful service and the location is so beautiful with amazing and peaceful views. Thank you Abby, you are amazing!

  My husband and I lost our infant daughter, As we had been informed that medically we could do no more for her we began to contact a pastor and various funeral homes for information. I was immediately referred to Heather Kreider (Funeral Director). After our initial phone call we went to meet with Heather in person, Not only did she greet us at the door, her first question to us was " how is your daughter? and how are you all doing" she listen patiently we felt she was genuinely asking. She reviewed everything with us patiently as we were in so much shock that we had found ourselves in this situation. She was so understanding, patient and succinct, she knew in these last moments we didn't want to be there, we wanted to be with our daughter and she did everything to assure that we had all of our questions answered and felt comfortable. We also met with another funeral director nearby as we had to choose a location to bury our daughter. I was disappointed that the competitor was trying to discuss why we should use them instead of Horan & McConaty when we explained that we had not yet made any decisions. To no fault of their own, we realize they were just doing their job but we weren't in the mood to negotiate or hear of all the reasons why they might be a better choice . Not only that, the alternative company was very unorganized and just didn't seem to be a fit for us.
  
  Horan & McConaty were so patient with us and accommodating, we didn't do traditional services rather, our family had different customs, but they made it all work. Their facility on County Line was beautiful and perfect for her services. The handling of my daughter was beautiful and I will never forget how Heather handled our daughter as we were there to prepare her for her funeral. Heather continue even to follow up with us after the fact. We are so glad we chose Horan and McConaty for our daughter, we would highly recommend them to families who have experienced a loss. During such a difficult time they were so wonderful to work with.
